The project included automated conveyor lines with built-in barcode scanners for real-time identification and sorting logic that directed products to the correct zones. A centralized SCADA platform provided system monitoring, diagnostics, and manual override capabilities when needed. To enhance operational safety, alarms and notification systems were built in, reducing downtime and errors. As a result, the warehouse achieved faster handling, greater accuracy, and improved reliability across its operations. The project demonstrates how Unicore’s solutions streamline logistics workflows and enable facilities to scale efficiently in demanding markets.
